Recommended tools & equipment for your firefighter driver course:
- Approx. 80 Traffic Cones – get the narrow ones to maximize training space if you don’t have access to a large parking lot. Smaller, more affordable ones are also available for volunteer departments.
- 300′ Tape Measure – to ensure all distances in the driver course are correct.
- White board – a handheld dry-erase board for tracking student scores.
- LED Signal Wand – for directing oncoming vehicle traffic.
